Mon ami

So I attempted I get into learning French in 2020. The drive didn't stick but a few words I fell in love with stayed behind in my vocabulary. Like "mon ami" meaning my friend.

I started to use "mon ami" in third person (but referring to myself) while journaling and occasionally when talking to myself.

A form of self love "mon ami"  makes me feel safe like I am not alone, that I am talking to someone else but they are always with me, apart of me & I will always love them unconditionally. It's also quite fun to say & use in the literal sense of "my friend".

It's versatile in my mind. I use it on anything, myself, my dog, you guys, and material things that I want to give soul to.

Je vous aime mes amis (I love you my friends).
